Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

1. Time Frame: All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order.
2. Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
   - Printed products, due to their customized nature, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
   - Sale items or items purchased with a promotional discount.

Return & Exchange Process

1. Size Exchange

- Once we review and accept your request, we will guide you through the return process. 
- We offer a one-time free exchange for sizing issues. Please note that the same product cannot be exchanged more than once.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

- After we review and approve your request, we will arrange for a return pickup or provide instructions for self-shipping.

3. Unwanted Products

- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning unwanted products.

Return Shipping

- For exchanges and returns, we offer a reverse pickup service in select areas. If your location is not eligible, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
- We recommend using IndiaPost for the best service network. If you self-ship, you will receive a ₹60/- coupon in your account for the shipping costs incurred.

Refunds and Credits

1. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
   - Approved refunds will be processed as store credit in the form of a coupon code, which you can use on your next purchase.
   - Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product(s).

How to Identify Printed Products

- Printed products feature unique designs, graphics, or artwork created by Supreme Swift.
- These products can be identified by the product images, which clearly display the design or artwork.
